mmmm tacos

Anyone who really knows me knows I can eat Mexican food several times a week.

Tonight I'm making Tyler Florence's Mexican Pot Roast Tacos and my mouth is salivating just thinking about it. I've prepared this recipe before - the meat is tender and the flavors are amazing.

{served with crumbled queso fresco & lime wedges}
