new in: boots

When I laid eyes on these Steve Madden 'Morgen' Boots I HAD to have them. I am a complete sucker for a nice pair of boots. The distressed leather is super soft and the color is the perfect neutral. Bonus: I snagged them during the Nordies Anniversary Sale so I got them for $100 off and I had a Nordies note!  So obviously it was meant to to be! ;)

I have been purchasing more fall attire despite the 90 degree weather we are experiencing in San Diego. 

Are you as ready for fall as I am?! It's my favorite season!

When I saw this Banana Republic skirt while perusing through the Carlsbad Outlets- I knew I had to have it. I was flipping over each tag in a frenzy trying to find my size. No wonder why people at outlet stores run over everyone else with that crazed look in their eyes! It happened to me, and I wasn't proud of it. Although, I was proud that I got this skirt 50% off of the initial retail price ($70). So what if it was probably from last season? Or the season before that? The color blocking, the neutrals, and the bright pop of yellow...I still love it regardless.

It's Thursday already (thank goodness)! 

I feel like this week was on hyper-speed...hey, I'm not complaining at all...it just seems like I blinked and the work week was done! Which is great because this Saturday is the San Diego Oyster Fest! I found this amazing deal on Travelzoo and couldn't pass it up.

Speaking of great deals, I found these Steve Madden Marryy Espadrilles while perusing Nordstrom Rack last weekend. I snagged these bad boys for $40 (retail for $89.95)! That place is really hit or miss and you have to spend a good hour or more searching through the madness. I've been craving a pair of espadrilles for this summer and these really hit the spot.
