recipe: spaghetti alla carbonara

A couple nights ago I made Tyler Florence's Spaghetti alla Carbonara. 

It's definitely not something that you would want to make 

if you're trying to be healthy... And it is  a pretty heavy dish...

But it is delicious nonetheless!
